Our plan is to create an online collaborative authoring environment for a non-technical guide to emacspeak using the SourceForge and the DocBook DTD.

This site does not yet include downloadable prints of the guide; these will be added as soon as they are ready. We do have the HTML edition online, but this is a very early version and is known to have serious mistakes. We also have the EmacspeakWiki, a collaborative guide to using, installing and extending Emacspeak.

Authoring Team Resources

  • Emacspeak-Guide Project Page
  • On-line HTML Edition.
  • EmacspeakWiki community document.
  • FTP site.
  • TCI DocBook Help Pages.
  • Want to play?

Official maintainers for the guide will have exclusive write permissions. If you would like to participate in writing this guide, please send email to garym@linux.ca; everyone else is invited to post their questions and answers to the open EmacspeakWiki community document.
